Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Igiene molto scarsa. Positive: La struttura era comoda come posizione. Negative: La pulizia e l'igiene. Erano ancora presenti tappeti su scale e nell'appartamento. Non erano stati puliti adeguatamente. La pulizia del bagno e della cucina era molto approssimativa. inoltre, ci hanno messo a disposizione pochi asciugamani (un solo asciugamano da viso per 3 persone per 5 giorni!!). Da migliorare assolutamente l'igiene!!!

Positive: Nice location. Great video to help with check in and check out. Negative: We had 1/4 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay for a family of 4. When I reached out, they directed me to buy some from the market down the street. When I replied that I would be reporting this, they then sent 3 rolls the next morning. Very disappointing in how it was handled. The shower alternated between scolding hot and freezing cold every few seconds. We asked if someone could take a look and they attributed it to the apartment complex as a whole saying that multiple people were taking showers at the same time. This was not true. It happened at all times during the day or night. Our daughters were only able to shower once due to the discomfort. They acknowledged our concerns, but failed to send out anyone to remedy the situation.

ordentliche Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen Positive: Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es war sehr sauber. Auf den ersten Blick haben wir uns sehr über die traumhafte Einrichtung und den Ausblick gefreut. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet (aber es gibt keinen Tisch, wo man die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann, zu dritt oder zu viert schon gar nicht). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Appartement, die bei Booking nicht mit aufgelistet ist. Negative: Unter dem Sofa im Wohnbereich lag ein Fön. Die Fenster, vor allem die Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer, sind extrem schmutzig. Das Doppelbett mit Wänden an drei Seiten ist sehr unpraktisch, die Person, die an der Wand schläft, muss über die andere drüber klettern. Auf den Fotos sah das nicht so beengt aus. Sehr störend ist ein ständiges Brummen, das man besonders am Kopfende des Doppelbettes, aber auch in der Küche in der Nähe des Herdes hört. Es lässt sich nicht identifizieren und scheint von außen zu kommen. Ich konnte dadurch nur sehr schlecht schlafen. Im Bad und am Doppelbett gibt es keine Ablagen, diese wären aber unbedingt erforderlich, in der Nähe des Doppelbettes gibt es auch keine Steckdosen. Nach dem Aufenthalt wurden wir mit einer standardisierten Nachricht des Besitzers über Booking gedrängt, 10/10 Punkte zu vergeben und künftig direkt bei ihm zu buchen. Das fand ich sehr unpassend (grundsätzlich und erst recht, da ich ihm meine Kritikpunkte bereits mitgeteilt hatte.)

Good location, good and quick communication. Little things to be fixed. Positive: Excellent location, walking distance to shops, train station, restaurants, old town! Large Supermarket near by a plus! Negative: We had three rooms reserved and one of the rooms had very hard bed and they had a hard time to sleep. We collected from the other rooms the bed covers to create a thicker layer on the bed to make it workable. We could not find the clothing drying rack, so we hanged the clothing all over the place; doors, chairs, handles etc. Not a nice view but no other choice.
