The Nevis Suite at Munro Guest House

We were more than satisfied with this venue, and highly recommend it. Positive: A beautiful suite with a stunning view of the Wallace monument and city. Close to multiple cafes and restaurants, as well as castle and park. Quiet and peaceful, and the beds were so comfortable and warm. Negative: The shower was difficult to figure out. Also noted several used pods in the Nespresso machine.

Schön gelegen in Wohnquartier Positive: Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar mit Restaurants und Pubnähe. Ausführliche Videos mit Beschreibung aller Geräte und Einrichtung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank Wichtig: es ist kein Hotelzimmer, sondern eine kleine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Betten übereinander für Kinder Negative: Preislich sehr teuer. Es war Stirling-Festival. Es fehlen Jalousien für die beiden Dachfenster (sehr hell) und evtl. direkte Sonne im Sommer. Kein Personal vor Ort und nur telefonisch zu erreichen.

Would recommend to others and stay there again, if the shower issue can be fixed. Positive: Staff was very responsive and it was a nice cozy place to stay. Location was very convenient by public transportation. Negative: Minor issue with the shower - temperature fluctuated between warm and cold automatically and wasn’t very convenient. If not for this would have been an excellent stay.

Non all'altezza delle aspettative. Igiene molto scarsa. Positive: La struttura era comoda come posizione. Negative: La pulizia e l'igiene. Erano ancora presenti tappeti su scale e nell'appartamento. Non erano stati puliti adeguatamente. La pulizia del bagno e della cucina era molto approssimativa. inoltre, ci hanno messo a disposizione pochi asciugamani (un solo asciugamano da viso per 3 persone per 5 giorni!!). Da migliorare assolutamente l'igiene!!!

Positive: Nice location. Great video to help with check in and check out. Negative: We had 1/4 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay for a family of 4. When I reached out, they directed me to buy some from the market down the street. When I replied that I would be reporting this, they then sent 3 rolls the next morning. Very disappointing in how it was handled. The shower alternated between scolding hot and freezing cold every few seconds. We asked if someone could take a look and they attributed it to the apartment complex as a whole saying that multiple people were taking showers at the same time. This was not true. It happened at all times during the day or night. Our daughters were only able to shower once due to the discomfort. They acknowledged our concerns, but failed to send out anyone to remedy the situation.
